From January 29 to February 2, over the course of five nights, we will be joined by chefs from over 60 of the world’s leading restaurants at Alchemist.

CONVERGENCE will celebrate the sense of community in the culinary world that goes beyond polarisation and separation.

The event will bring together over 60 restaurants from the World’s 50 Best Top 100 list. So be prepared to meet chefs and experience flavors from every corner of the globe. A few examples are: winner of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025, Maido, from Peru, Winner of Best Female Chef in Latin America, Tássia Magalhães from Nelita in Brazil, Florilège from Japan, Atomix from USA, Enigma from Spain, and Masque from India.

Each evening will feature 12+ guest restaurants, presenting iconic dishes from their menus. These creations will be served within Alchemist’s immersive universe, interwoven with Alchemist’s own impressions. We are also hosting some of the World’s Best Bars during these exclusive nights – from Bar Leone in Hong Kong to Connaught Bar in London.

Tickets are DKK 16,000 including menu and beverage pairing, or DKK 24,000 including menu and exclusive beverage pairing. Solo-diners will be seated at shared tables with other guests.
