Reservation Policy
This policy is effective as of 18 February 2021.
General reservation policy for “The Alchemist Experience” and “Sommelier Table” tickets at Alchemist. For other types of tickets (e.g. special events etc.) other policies may apply.
Cancellations
Tickets for parties of 1, 2 and 3 guests can be cancelled with a refund of the pre-payment until 14 calendar days prior to the reservation date after which the pre-payment is non-refundable.
Tickets for parties of 4 or more guests can be cancelled with a refund of the pre-payment until 21 calendar days prior to the reservation date after which the pre-payment is non-refundable.
The service fee is non-refundable at all times.
No-shows, waitlist reservations and changes
No-shows and tickets booked via our waitlist, regardless of the party size are liable for the full menu price and non-refundable at all times.
Changes in party size is possible at the discretion of the restaurant. A reduction in party size cannot be applied towards beverage purchases or other credit unless we are otherwise able to fill the seats.
Cancellations or requests for changes to your booking must be made via email to booking@alchemist.dk.
Reselling, promotional or other commercial use
Tickets cannot be sold, or offered for sale to any third parties, at a higher price than what was originally paid. They also cannot be used for any promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to any sort of travel- or concierge services, dining groups or booking platforms. Reservations in breach of the above policy may be cancelled at the discretion of the restaurant.
