The Experience

The alchemists aimed to purify, mature, and perfect physical objects. In the same way, we aim to transform and transcend the nature of food and dining.

The Alchemist experience consists of up to 50 impressions, combining both edible and purely experiential elements.
The menu may be accompanied by a beverage pairing or a selection from our extensive wine cellar.

During the evening you will be guided on a parallel journey through Alchemist’s unique physical spaces, and your senses.

Please arrive with your mind open, and ready to expand your idea of culinary art together with us. Please be aware that Alchemist might not be the right choice for an evening of business discussions or that first nervous date.

The experience lasts for 4–6 hours, and the only prerequisites are curiosity and presence of mind.

A special event celebrating the story of Alchemist. For five nights, we will pull out all the stops, bringing back memorable dishes from the past in an extended compilation menu, alongside some of the rarest wines from the cellar.

The Sommelier Table: DKK 17,000
The Sommelier Table compliments our full fifty-impression Alchemist Experience with a unique selection of wines, curated and presented by our team of sommeliers. From the opening Champagne to the final digestif, the experience is a journey through some of the world’s most iconic and legendary wines. Featuring producers, vineyards, and vintages that represent the pinnacle of the winemaking craft, it offers an unparalleled exploration of excellence in wine.


We also have an extensive wine list and serve a wide range of wines by the glass.
